, I think it was more JS buying it for hieslmf via me. I found a photo of me driving it the other day, sadly ruined by a Wimbledon baseball cap. JS’s son had a Lotus Elise a grey one second hand. Clearly I never went to the right school as I couldn’t get out of it except by throwing myself out a sort of undignified roll!S sounds wonderful adaptive from an automotive point of view! Interesting you should mention a Cupra. I decided to order a Seat Leon Cupra back in the day. 16V went like the clappers. Just before I went to place the order (having been in the Seat garage many times) I saw a programme on how mean Spaniards were to animals. Decided I couldn’t order a Spanish car! And yes, I told the salesman who called to find out why I had cancelled our appointment why!Steve they’re not the silly things they’re the glue that made the marriage special. Even our differences in the car somehow added to the mix.Take care in cars. PG xx
