I was the winning bidder on this car ($9330.00). After being notified by ebay that I had won, I contacted the seller (dealer). He claimed to have sold the car for 13,000.00 cash twenty minutes before the end of the ebay auction. I don’t think ebay can claim to do “no reserve” auctions, without taking action against this kind of foul play.
