Tracy Not only were my kids’ birthday paeirts limited to family/our friends ONLY until they were in elementary school, but I combined them.For real.Their special days are only three weeks apart. Come ON! I couldn’t get myself geared up for TWO events that close together and wouldn’t make my family/friends suffer twice in one month.So I’d order one cake split down the middle (Barbie + Spiderman; or Incredible Hulk + Little Mermaid).I decorated with half the balloons in one color, half in the other.(I made everyone pick his/her favorite child and bring a gift just for him/her okay. not really. THAT would be mean.)Still. We can get a group rate on the therapy someday, you and I. Can’t we?
